About Your Coach.

Krysta Clark, BSN, RN, Ayurvedic Practitioner

I’m an Ayurvedic Nurse Coach with a deep-rooted mission—and a story shaped by nearly two decades in healthcare.

For the past 18 years, I’ve worked primarily in emergency and critical care medicine (with a short stint in cancer research). I’ve seen, firsthand, the devastating effects of preventable conditions—lives forever changed by what could have been different. I knew there had to be a better way.

That better way revealed itself through Ayurveda.

When I discovered Ayurveda, it was like finding all the missing pieces of a puzzle. It answered the questions that modern medicine often leaves out. Why aren’t we talking more about diet, lifestyle, stress, sleep, and individual mind-body types? Ayurveda is.

After completing my degree in Ayurvedic medicine, it became crystal clear that metabolic health needed to be my focus. Not only because Ayurveda teaches that metabolic balance is the foundation of all health—but because insulin resistance is a crucial pivot point.

Reverse it—and health, vitality, and longevity are within reach.

Ignore it—and you end up in the ER with me. On more medications. Facing more complications.

The truth is, some form of insulin resistance or metabolic dysfunction connects nearly every chronic condition we fear—cancer, cardiovascular disease, depression, IBS, autoimmune disorders, hearing loss, neurodegeneration…the list goes on.

I’m on a mission to help women step off that path—and step into the power of their own healing.
